PURPOSE: A multiple internal voltage converter, an internal power supply, and a semiconductor device thereof are provided to control the power supplying direction according to the operation state of a semiconductor device by selectively supplying an internal voltage to a plurality of internal circuits. CONSTITUTION: A comparison unit(310) compares one among a plurality of internal voltages with a reference voltage. An output circuit receives the reference value and the exterior voltage of the comparison unit. The output circuit(320) supplies one among a plurality of internal voltages to the internal circuit in response to the control signal. The output circuit is selectively activated in response to the control signal. A feedback circuit(330) feeds back the outputted internal voltage to the comparison unit.
