PURPOSE: A dry decomposition device and a dust and refuse treatment system using the same are provided to prevent clogging of a slit and/or a hole while reducing energy necessary for agitating, and to efficiently process dust and refuse. CONSTITUTION: A dust and refuse treatment system(1) includes a water collecting tank(3) in which kitchen draining water containing kitchen dust and refuse is flowed, and is installed in the outdoor of a house(2), and a dry decomposing device(4) decomposing the dust and the refuse with microorganism by agitating the remaining dust and the decomposing bacteria. The dry decomposing device includes a refuse treating part in which a hole is formed, an agitating unit periodically agitating the remaining dust, and a reservoir. |
