PURPOSE: An electronic toll collection system for a car is provided to remove a inconvenience of visiting payment of insufficient amount through a mobile server. CONSTITUTION: An automatic fee calculate device of the vehicles comprises a data receiver(21) and a wireless local communications module(24). The data receiver transfers the information of the settlement amount according to shortage amount. A wireless local communications module transfers the information of the vehicles and settlement amount to the mobile communications server(40). The wireless local communications module transfers the information by using the mobile communications terminal(30).
