PURPOSE: A beam apparatus and biochemical analyzer comprising the same are provided to perform quick and accurate biochemical analysis such as blood analysis. CONSTITUTION: A beam apparatus which focuses and radiates beam to target comprises: an energy source which is placed from the target separately and emits electromagnetic beam; a first pivot unit which pivots in a preset first angle; and a second pivot unit which pivots in a preset second angle based on a second pivot axis(AX2). A biochemical analyzer(100A) comprises a mount supporting a micro flow device(10) having beam incident section; and the beam apparatus.
