PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to secure visibility at night or in the daytime by assembling a plurality of light irradiation units with a character, number, or figure shape. CONSTITUTION: An upper body(10) has a plurality of light source irradiation units(11). A plurality of light source irradiation units is assembled with a number, character, or figure shape. The light source irradiation unit has a convex upper side. A middle body(20) is combined with the lower side of the upper body and includes a plurality of light emitting units(21). The light emitting unit is comprised of a reinforcing support plate and an LED. The middle body is mounted on a mount unit(31) of a lower body(30). A controller controls an LED and is connected to a power source.
