PURPOSE: A waste tire traffic lane control block is provided to prevent damage to a vehicle and injuries to people by preventing vehicles from going over opposite lanes and mixing fluorescent material. CONSTITUTION: A waste tire traffic lane control block comprises a body(21) and an anchor bolt(22) for fixing a road. The body is composed of waste tire power 90% and fluorescent material 10% and is manufactured by press compression. The body is installed on a fixed place and an anchor bolt is fixed on the road to couple the body.
