PURPOSE: A heat sink for electric and electronic apparatuses is provided to simplify an assembly process of a radiation fin by pressurizing the radiation fin after inserting the radiation fin into a coupling groove. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of coupling grooves(12) is formed in one side of a heat sink(13) with the same space. A heat radiation fin(16) has a combination piece(14) which corresponds to a combination groove of the heat sink. At least two heat radiation units are symmetrically formed on both sides of the radiation fin. A corrugated part is formed on the heat radiation unit to increase a heat radiation area of the radiation fin. The pressure unit fixes the combination piece of the heat radiation fin with the combination groove. An uneven part is formed on the surface of the pressure unit.
