PURPOSE: An electrode exchange apparatus for a supper drill electric discharge machine is provided to minimize the electrode exchange distance by moving along with a head. CONSTITUTION: An electrode exchange apparatus for a supper drill electric discharge machine comprises an electrode carriage(100), an electrode transfer member(200), a fastening unit, and a controller. The electrode carriage slides in the width direction of a head(1000) with a plurality of electrode placing surfaces(110a~110f) in which electrode of different diameters are placed. The electrode transfer member picks up one of the electrodes placed on the electrode plate surfaces and mounts the picked electrode on an upper electrode mounting unit of a supper drill(1100). The fastening unit removably holds the electrode. The controller controls the operations of the electrode carriage, the electrode transfer member, and the fastening unit.
