<p>The biodegradable or compostable pot or container comprises a composition containing natural plant and/or animal ingredients (55-65%) free of chemical residues or biological entity with a natural plant and/or animal fiber (3-10%) having a length of 2-7 mm primarily treated by inclusion and/or coating using an inorganic antimicrobial agent or by inorganic and organic antimicrobial treatment, a natural anti-fungal, insecticide or natural repulsive treatment. A natural color pigment and a fragrance are added to the composition during treatment. The biodegradable or compostable pot or container comprises a composition containing natural plant and/or animal ingredients (55-65%) free of chemical residues or biological entity with a natural plant and/or animal fiber (3-10%) having a length of 2-7 mm primarily treated by inclusion and/or coating using an inorganic antimicrobial agent or by inorganic and organic antimicrobial treatment, a natural anti-fungal, insecticide or natural repulsive treatment. A natural color pigment and a fragrance are added to the composition during treatment. The treated fiber integrates a final formulation of 60 to 65 wt.% in the mixture. The composition is added with a bioplastic derived from one or more natural substances. The fiber includes colors to form patterns or color code. The natural fibers have a bioadhesive coating, or are sprayed with a bioplastic on all natural fibers using non-woven fabric or a tablecloth by the technique of hot rolling or thermoforming. First transformation with beads and pellets give the final composition of semi-finished sheets or plates of different thicknesses and dimensions that incorporate various structural geometric shapes such as a honeycomb structure. The bioplastic pellets include an organic antimicrobial agent and/or inorganic pigment and a color similar to or different from the natural fiber. The final composition is transformed into foam cell or sponge by conditioning with carbon dioxide at room temperature.</p> |
