PURPOSE: A wireless terminal device for generating and transmitting an image whose location information is hidden through a water mark generating method and a method thereof are provided to improve the reliability of the location information by preventing the change of the location information. CONSTITUTION: A location information receiving unit(120) receives location information from multiple GPS(Global Positioning System) satellites. A photographing unit(150) capture a still image or video. A control unit(110) inserts the location information into the still image or the video through a water mark generating method. An image displaying unit(130) plays the still image or the video. An image information displaying unit(140) displays information of the still image or the video. A communication unit(160) transmits the still image or the video to a remote server through wireless communication.
