<p>PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to maintain the adhesion of an electrode tab and a terminal plate because the terminal plate of a cap assembly has a convex curve shape and to improve reliability of laser welding. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery(100) comprises an electrode assembly(110) equipped with two electrode tabs(114,115) and a cap assembly(130) equipped with a terminal plate(133). The terminal plate has a tab connector(139) which is connected to any one electrode tab and extends along a longitudinal direction.
