PURPOSE: A sporting apparatus is provided to enable a user to conveniently exercise muscle by pushing a handle and lifting a connection part of a bed while resting the weight of the user on a bed and to easily relax tense muscle by pushing a handle and straightening the body of the user while lifting the waist using the connection part of the bed. CONSTITUTION: A sporting apparatus comprises: a body frame(100) in which a leveling stage(110) is included on the upper end; beds(200a,200b) in which a roller(210) is combined with the front end to drive on the leveling stage; a handle(300) which is bent from a rotary shaft(310) which is axis connected to the lower part of the leveling stage to the left and right sides; a link(400) which connects the rotary shaft and the beds and folds the connection part while lifting the connection part of the bed when moving the handle; and a rung member(500) in which a support bar(510) is included on both sides of the rung member.
