PURPOSE: An environment-friendly cleaning device for an on-line transformer is provided to effectively clean the inside of a transformer by enabling a friction member to travel back and forth and spraying water. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly cleaning device for an on-line transformer comprises a cover member(11), a friction member(15), a connecting member(12), a first and a second cam(131,132), a case(14), a spring(17), a motor(18) and a water supply part(16). The cover member is bent to cover a portion of a bushing. The friction member is connected to the lower part of the cover member. One end of the connecting member is connected to the cover member. The first cam is formed asymmetrically to the connecting member. The spring applies elastic force to the first cam to put it into the inside of the case. The second cam is formed in an asymmetrical shape corresponding to the first cam and pushes the first cam out of the case in rotation. The rotary shaft of the motor is coupled with the center of the second cam. The water supply part supplies the water to the friction member.
