PURPOSE: A brake drum with an aluminum radiator and method for manufacturing the same are provided to enable the efficient release of the heat produced when a brake operates and enhance the durability by increasing the bond between a radiator and a drum. CONSTITUTION: A brake drum with an aluminum radiator(100) comprises a drum(10) and a radiator(20). The drum is composed of a first disc(11) and a first circumference(12). The first disc comprises a plurality of fastening holes(13). The first circumference comprises a plurality of coupling projections(14). The radiator consists of aluminum alloy. The radiator is installed outside the drum. The radiator is composed of a second disc(21) and a second circumference(22). The second disc covers the outer surface of the first disc and comprises a fastening hole(23). The second circumference covers the outer surface of the first circumference.
