PURPOSE: A vacuum casting apparatus using two steps high frequency levitation melting and a casting method thereof are provided to improve the stability of task by automatically controlling processes leading to the insertion of a metal product from the melting of the metal product. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum molding apparatus using two steps high frequency levitation melting comprises an insulation wall(105), a first task coil(110), a first ferrite core(115), a first coil(120), a molten metal transfer pipe(125), a second task coil(130), a second ferrite core(135), a second coil(140), and a controller(160). The controller dissolves laminated metal product by controlling the first and the second task coils.
