PURPOSE: An oil-water separator is provided to continuously process oil and wastewater by completely removing and separating the oil and the wastewater without a separated power source by an oil transferring buoyancy device. CONSTITUTION: An oil-water separator includes the following: an oil separation chamber(120) with a water outlet discharging water, an oil outlet discharging floating oil, and an oil and water inlet(121); an oil transferring buoyancy(110) transferring the oil to the oil outlet and is installed inside an oil separation chamber; and an oil storage tank receiving the separated oil and the water by the movement of the oil transferring buoyancy.
