PURPOSE: A volatile organic compounds remover is provided, which suppresses emission of the volatile organic compounds by adsorption or reaction. CONSTITUTION: A volatile organic compounds remover comprises titania doped with 0.1-10 parts by weight of metal selected from a group comprised of cerium, lanthanum, and vanadium. A process of doping the cerium on titania comprises: mixing tetra-N-butyl titanium, dodecylamine, and ethanol; adding and stirring Ce(NO3)36H2O, acetic acid, and ethanol; and aging, drying, and incinerating after aging.
