<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the unintended erroneous printing of materials, and to reduce the accumulated number of sheets by promoting the reduction of the number of print sheets. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with: a user terminal 103 to be used by a user for the edition and printout processing of an electronic document; a printer 104 for printing out an edited electronic document; and a terminal for a manager in which the upper limit value of the printable number of sheets in every tabulation period preliminarily set for every user and the printed number of sheets of each user until the start date of the tabulation period to the present time is stored. A terminal 102 for a manager is provided with a means for calculating the printable number of sheets until the expiration date of the tabulation period of the user based on the upper limit value of the user and the value of the printed number of sheets until the present time, and for transmitting it to the user terminal for display in response to a print instructing operation from the user terminal and a means for applying points capable of exchanging merchandise or services to a user whose print number of sheets is less than the upper limit value after the expiration of the tabulation period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
