<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for technically solving troubles such as high production labors and production costs found in the production of health foods using conventional raw yeasts as an ingredient, probability that the health food is treated as proteins originated from foods not to start an intestinal tract immune system, problems on hygiene for raw yeasts, and the fermentation of the health food in a belly after taken. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method for producing the health food, for sterilizing raw yeasts in a raw yeast solution capable of being used as a food by an electric punching crush method, and freezing and storing the sterilized yeast solution. The orally taken yeasts are taken into M cells as an antigen to promote the production of a cytokine, interleukin 8, thereby inducing an intestinal tract immune system to give the health food using the raw yeasts and reinforcing the original immune strength. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
