PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed resin pad molding device capable of cutting off a basic pattern pad without leaving burs on the peripheral edge of the pad product. SOLUTION: By interposing a shield plate 10 between the basic pattern pad 20 and the flat surface part 6a of a female mold 6, a cutting cutter 15 comes in contact with the basic pattern pad 20 first when starting to cross the recessed surface part 6b of the female mold 6, and then, starts to cut the basic pattern pad 20. Consequently, at the process until the cutting cutter 15 reaches the recessed surface part 6b of the female mold 6b, the movement of the cutting cutter 15 is not disturbed by the portion of the basic pattern pad 20 projecting toward the flat surface part 6a of the female mold 6, and also, the track of the cutting cutter 15 is not vibrated during cutting. Accordingly, the end cut by the cutting cutter 15 becomes smooth, then, the pad product 50 of high quality with no burrs left on the peripheral edge thereof can be manufactured.
