Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the laminated battery formed by laminating a plurality of positive electrode plates 1 and a plurality of negative electrode plates through a separator, laminating and welding a plurality of positive electrode tabs 11, a plurality of negative electrode tabs extended from electrode plates to a plurality of positive current collector terminals and a plurality of negative current collector tabs respectively, notches 35 extended in the direction not at right angles to current flow direction Y1 are formed in at least one tab out of the positive electrode tabs 11 and the negative electrode tabs.
