PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a waste of time caused by continuous call origination to a destination to which call connection is unpredictable. SOLUTION: The relationship of a telephone number and an e-mail address of a communication terminal as an object for call origination is preliminarily registered in a memory 13, and when a call is originated from a mobile communication terminal 1 to the other communication terminal, the existence or nonexistence of the response from the other communication terminal is confirmed by the temporarily stored telephone number of the communication terminal selected as the object for call origination. If the response is not returned, the voice message input from a telephone transmitter 2 of the mobile communication terminal 1 is converted to a form of the voice file attachable to the e-mail, a text message is selectively read from the memory 13 to generate an e-mail body, the voice file is attached to the e-mail, requesting the destination of the e-mail corresponding to the telephone number of the object for call origination, and the e-mail is transmitted with the use of the e-mail transmitting and receiving function of the mobile communication terminal 1.
