PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an entire sample to be checked, while improving the reviewing efficiency with an image of a particle component (review image). SOLUTION: The reviewing image displayed includes an attribute data display area 2 of a person to be inspected; an inspection classification item displaying area 4 to display inspection classification items to this person to be inspected; and a reviewing area 3, in which one of the inspection classification items in the inspection classification item displaying area 4 can be selected; and a reviewing area 8 is developed from the selected inspection classification items with a tab format, and the reviewing image 9 of the inspection result of the inspection classification items is displayed on the reviewing area for check the result. Then, inspection classification items buttons 5a-5k are displayed on the inspection classification items yet unchecked, and a check button 6 is displayed on the inspection classification item button of the inspection classification item yet unchecked which is selected.
