<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress missing data in data collection by downscaling a backup system for collecting and storing process data of a plant facility. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plant data processor includes: a plant data transmission path group 310 for transferring the process data of each of a plurality of plant facilities; data management processing groups 110 each configured to input each process data; a data backup processing part 12 for receiving all the process data; a data collection processing part 13 configured to receive the process data from each of the data management processing group 110 and the data backup processing part 12; and a data storage processing part 14 for storing the process data collected by the data collection processing part 13.
