<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device that automatically corrects for the offset of an infrared sensor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An output signal of an infrared sensor part 1 is measured by a sensor output measurement part 2. A required sensor output among measured sensor outputs is selected by a sensor output selection part 3, and the sensor output is stored in a sensor output storage part 4. The measurement device 100 automatically corrects for the offset of the infrared sensor 1 by a sensor offset correction part 5, based on the data of the sensor output storage part 4.
