<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluid chip capable of enhancing the detection and quantification precision of an analyzing target substance, by preventing air bubbles from being mixed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The microfluid chip 1 is equipped with first-third flow channels CH1-CH3 and the first-third ports PT1-PT3 respectively provided to the base-end parts of the first-third flow channels, in order to control the internal pressures of the first-third flow channels and constituted so as to be capable of successively supplying the solution flowing to the second flow channel CH2 and the solution flowing to the third flow channel CH3 to the first flow channel CH1. The first and second flow channels CH1 and CH2 are connected to each other, at their leading end parts CH1a and CH2a, and the third flow channel CH3 merges with the connection part CH2a of the second flow channel CH2 connected to the first flow channel CH1, while the first flow channel CH1 is the section continued from the connection part CH1a with the second flow channel CH2 and the cross-sectional area (a) thereof has a narrow section CH1b smaller than the cross-sectional area A of the second flow channel CH2.
