<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding mechanism more improved in reliability on a sliding part provided with an electrodeposition film, and also to provide a motor with the sliding mechanism and an electrodeposition process. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrodeposition film 8 is formed in a sliding surface of one of two members structuring the sliding part of the motor, and in the electrodeposition film 8, a plurality of resin particles 8d are dispersed in a polyimide-based resin film 8c. With this structure, the surface of the electrodeposition film 8 is provided with irregularities due to the resin particles 8d, and the state where a lubricating material such as a grease is held is maintained for a long time.
