PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human prolactin antagonist-angiogenesis inhibitor fusion protein. SOLUTION: A method for preparing and using a fusion protein containing a human prolactin antagonist and an angiogenesis inhibitor for use in treating cancer is provided. A new fusion protein including a receptor-antagonizing domain and an angiogenesis inhibiting domain characterized, for example, by its ability to block apoptosis and/or inhibit endocrine response is useful in treating cancer. Further, the human prolactin antagonist-endostatin fusion protein can be combined with apoptosis induction and angiogenesis inhibition to deal with cancer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
