<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical pouch with a spout which is flexible around a palm when gripping the barrel part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the cylindrical pouch with the spout, the top face and the bottom face are constituted with folding sheets heat-welded on the top and the bottom of two sheets of barrel part sheets, a cylindrical barrel is formed by side-sealing both ends of the two sheets of the barrel part sheets, and the spout is fixed on the top face. The side-sealing is characterized by emboss processing. The pouch can stand by itself when the content is filled, the side seals existing on both ends of the cylindrical barrel are flexible and excellent in safety, and can be folded after use.
