<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper mounting structure securing strength against an input of excessive load during snow accumulation, etc., while securing pedestrian protection performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wiper mounting structure 10 includes a mounting member 50 provided on the motor 20 side of a wiper device 12, a mounted member 52 provided on a vehicle body 14 side and fitted with the mounting member 50, fastened members 44, 46 provided at a predetermined position other than the mounting member 50 of the wiper device 12 and having fastening holes 44A, 46A for mounting the wiper device 12 to the vehicle body 14, and fastening tools 40 inserted into the fastening holes 44A, 46A for fastening the fastened members 44, 46 to the vehicle body 14. A movable clearance between the mounting member 50 and the mounted member 52 in the vehicle-width direction is made smaller than a movable clearance between the fastening tools 40 and the fastened members 44, 46 in the vehicle-width direction.
