<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antigen-binding molecules with increased FC receptor binding affinity and effector function. <P>SOLUTION: The antigen-binding molecules (ABMs) are provided. In a particular embodiment, recombinant monoclonal antibodies including chimeric, primatized or humanized antibodies specific to human CD20 are disclosed. Nucleic acid molecules encoding such ABMs, and vectors and host cells comprising such nucleic acid molecules are also provided. Methods for producing the ABMs, methods of using these ABMs in treatment of diseases are further provided.
