<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyro actuator more quickly operating a piston. <P>SOLUTION: On the opposite side of a piston rod 31 in the operating direction of a piston 3 beyond a bearing part 7, namely, on the side of one protruded end 31a of the piston rod 31, a second diameter-reduced portion 34 is provided the shaft diameter of which is smaller than a shaft diameter D2 of a first diameter-reduced portion 33 supported by the bearing part 7. Thus, when the piston 3 is moved in the operating direction, the second diameter-reduced portion 34 is located on the bearing part 7 to form a clearance between the bearing part 7 and the piston rod 31, reducing thereby sliding resistance between the bearing part 7 and the piston rod 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
