<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely obtain present time, using simple hardware constitution by suppressing circuit scale in electronics devices. <P>SOLUTION: A control part can precisely acquire present time, by performing reference time updating processing and internal time output processing using a counter 11e having hardware constitution. In a reference time updating processing, the reference time which a RAM11c stores and keeps is updated to the present which the time data shows, while acquiring the time data from a time server 20; and furthermore, by resetting the counter, the elapsed time from the point of updating of the reference time is made to be measured by the counter. The counter is reset, while updating the reference time to the present time which is specified with the reference time and a count value of the counter at a shorter time interval than the maximum measurement time of the counter, as well as, the time of acquiring the time data.
