OPTICAL THIN FILM WITH TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE WIRING FILM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical thin film with a transparent conductive wiring film, making a wiring pattern inconspicuous and stealth and having excellent optical characteristics such as high transmittance and low reflectance.

SOLUTION: A capacitance type touch panel is reduced in thickness and weight and is sufficiently high in S/N ratio, wherein a wiring pattern of a transparent conductive film made of ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) or the like is formed on a transparent substrate and a layer of a low refractive index dielectric material such as SiO2or the like and a layer of a high refractive index dielectric material such as Nb2O5or the like are alternately laminated on the pattern to have desired film thicknesses, thereby making the wiring pattern stealth and attaining neutral color tone by the optical interference effect of the layers.
