<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a channel by preventing the erroneous determination of the channel which should be originally determined as being communicable, and to execute high-speed radio communication by selecting an appropriate modulation system. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication device is equipped with: a channel measuring part 230 for measuring the interfering wave level of the channel for executing the radio communication for two or more times; an interfering wave specifying part 252 for eliminating the maximum interfering wave level among the plurality of measured interfering wave levels and specifying an interfering wave level group; and a communication determination part 254 for determining communication propriety or a modulation system on the basis of the predetermined interfering wave level group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
