<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of a coating film in a method of forming a coating film which applies an intermediate coating composition, a base coating composition and a clear coating composition in this order to burn and cure the formed three layers at once. <P>SOLUTION: The method of forming the laminated coating film includes a step of applying the intermediate coating composition, the base coating composition and the clear coating composition successively in a wet-on-wet manner, and a step of firing and curing the formed three layers at the same time. The base coating composition is a solvent-type base coating composition which includes an acrylic resin (a), a melamine resin (b), an organic bentonite (c), a maleic acid monoalkyl ester (d), and a brilliant pigment (e). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
