PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body which can contribute to the improvement in the performance of various members. SOLUTION: A solution for forming a nickel oxide film 3 containing nickel nitrate as a nickel source, and also containing water, methanol, ethanol or acetone as a single crystal formable solvent capable of forming the single crystals 2 of nickel oxide, and diketones or ketoesters is contacted with a base material 1 heated to a temperature equal to or higher than a nickel oxide film forming temperature, thus a nickel oxide film is formed on the base material.
