PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine automatic start/stop control device capable of automatically stopping an engine through the determination of whether or not heating performance of an air conditioner is sufficiently satisfied. SOLUTION: An economical running ECU 10 for executing engine automatic stop control for stopping an engine when a prescribed stop condition is established and for executing engine automatic start control for starting the engine when a prescribed start condition is established during engine stop by the engine automatic stop control, functions as a means for setting a stop condition for automatically stopping the engine on the basis of temperature of cooling water for cooling the engine and blowoff temperature which is a temperature of air blown off from an air conditioner when the heater device 40 is brought into an operating state and as a means for instructing to stop the engine when a set stop condition is established.
