PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably stretch a film by preventing the occurrence of uneven orientation caused by a detective grip or a biting miss. SOLUTION: An upper guide plate 51 and a lower guide plate 52 are installed on the side of a film inlet 37. The upper guide plate 51 is arranged to be positioned on the upper side of the film 3, the lower guide plate 52 is arranged to be positioned on the lower side of the film 3, and the film 3 is inserted between the upper guide plate 51 and the lower guide plate 52. When the film 3 is inserted between the guide plates 51 and 52, the lug elongation of a marginal part 3a is corrected. The flattened film 3 with the lug elongation of the marginal part 3a corrected, while the marginal part 3a is guided surely between a plinth 31b and a flapper lower surface 32a, is gripped surely with a clip 30 without a biting miss.
