PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in order to execute a hands-free telephone conversation, it is required to connect a cellular phone to a hands-free device by a wire or by radio, and consequently, it takes time and efforts for cable connection and setting. SOLUTION: Human-body communication is executed between a first human-body communication transmitting/receiving means provided in a cellular phone and a second human-body communication transmitting/receiving means connected to a hands-free device. When the existence of a driver seating on a driver's seat is detected by the human-body communication, a telephone conversation by the cellular phone is switched to a hands-free mode so as to execute transmission/reception of signals by the human-body communication.
