PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely confirm whether an inner tube assembly is set in a predetermined position while preventing the inner tube assembly from coming off the predetermined set position even when using a vibrator. SOLUTION: When a rod 11 is moved to the right, a latch 9 is placed in a stored state without projecting from a case 14, and when the rod 11 is moved to the left, the latch 9 is fitted into a groove 5 of an inner wall surface of an outer tube assembly 1 by tapered dovetail grooves 22, 23 to fix the inner tube assembly 2 to the outer tube assembly 1. When the rod 11 is moved to the right by vibrating force, the latch 9 is going to close to release fixation of the inner tube assembly 2, but water passing ports 12, 15 are blocked to cause the rise of water supply pressure, and the rod 11 is pressed to the left by water pressure to maintain the fixed state, thereby preventing the detachment of the inner tube assembly 2 caused by vibration.
