<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out an operation for delivering the tape of an adhesive piece in an adhesive tape, to reduce costs, and to reduce the frequency of failure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A taper delivery head 12 is composed of a first roller 13 which turns back a base tape 10 which is parted from the adhesive piece 11 of the adhesive tape 9 delivered from a feed reel 3 and peeled toward a take-up reel 4 and a second roller 14 which is arranged above the first roller and makes the base tape after being turned back movable toward the pinch-pressible pressure contact direction between it and the first roller. During tape delivery, the second roller is pressed to the first roller. The base tape, while being held to be pressure contacted with the first roller in a pinch press state, is rotated, so that the adhesive tape is delivered from the feed reel toward the first roller, and the base tape is taken up with the take-up reel.
