<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical support system capable of more precisely grasping the generation of communication trouble in a data transceiving path from a medical device to a server in the server. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The medical support system includes a medical device arranged in a patient's home and for making operation information, a communication terminal slave machine connected to the medical device and for obtaining operation information, a communication terminal master machine for transceiving data via the communication terminal slave machine and a first communication medium 13, and the server 20 arranged in a remote place from the patient's home, having a database (DB) where the medical device and the operation information are stored, and further uploading information including the operation information from the communication terminal master machine via a second communication medium 150, the communication terminal slave machine and the communication terminal master machine store the first communication trouble information when the communication trouble is generated in the first communication medium 13, the communication terminal master machine uploads emergency information made by the medical device to the server in real time when abnormality is generated in the medical device and uploads the first communication trouble information to the server at predetermined intervals and at preset upload timing.
