The plant (1) has three concave/convex rotor blades (4) arranged in a rotary symmetrical manner. The concave/convex rotor blades rotate around a vertical arranged axis. Rotor blades rotate in a winding direction, when a concave side of the rotor blades faces a wind direction. The rotor blades rotate against the wind, when a convex side of the rotor blades faces the wind direction. Three satellite-air guiding plates (10) are fixed in a rotation symmetrical manner in a central point of a rotatable supported rotor axis (7). The rotor blades are made of non-rusting material.
