<p>A glass substrate packaging device is provided with a placing station where glass substrates (4) are placed on protective sheets (3), a stacking station where the protective sheets (3) and the glass substrates (4) are alternately stacked on each other, and a glass substrate stacking device functioning as a stacking means for holding the glass substrates (4), which are placed on the protective sheets (3), together with the protective sheets (3) and stacking the glass substrates (4) and the protective sheets (3) on the stacking station. A robot arm which forms the glass substrate stacking device has a holding section for holding a protective sheet (3) and a glass substrate (4), and the holding section has suction pads (45) for sucking the glass substrate (4) and also has a sandwiching section (46) for sandwiching, among those edges of protective sheets (3) which project from glass substrates (4) in a placed state, two edges (3a, 3b) facing each other.</p> |
