PURPOSE: A crosslinkable material using organosilicon compound as a substrate is provided to generate an elastomer by receipting water at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A crosslikable material contains a compound of chemical formula I, (A-[(CR12)b-SiRa(OR2)3-a]x), 0.001-10 weight parts of organosilicon compound having a basic nitrogen, and 0.01-10 weight parts of oxadianilide of chemical formula II, (R3-NH-C(=O)-C(=O)-NH-R3). A crosslikable material is manufactured using the compound of chemical formula I, organosilicon compound, oxaldianilide of chemical formula II, and cross-linking agent.
