PURPOSE: An electronic telescope steering column for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing and assembling errors by directly fastening a teles gear housing and a motor housing. CONSTITUTION: An electronic telescope steering column for a vehicle comprises a telescope drive unit(300). The telescope drive unit has a teles gear housing(310) and a motor joint(320). The teles gear housing is coupled to the outer surface of a column housing. A teles screw(153) is equipped in the teles gear housing. The motor joint is formed in the teles gear housing. A motor is inserted into a motor insertion unit. A fastening flange(315) is formed in the end of the motor joint, and is coupled to a motor housing. The fastening flange is directly coupled to a housing flange(325) of the motor housing.
