PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current collector capable of limiting a flow of a current in a face-direction of the current collector.

SOLUTION: The current collector 23 is the plate-like current collector 23 to constitute a battery electrode, and includes a first semiconductor region 23p and a second semiconductor region 23n. The first semiconductor region 23p includes a first conductive type. The second semiconductor region 23n is arranged neighboring the first semiconductor region 23p in the face-direction of the current collector 23, and includes a second conductive type different from the first conductive type.
