<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid for a recording head containing a specified buffer agent capable of preventing a pH from getting to 9.0 or more in a mixture liquid constituted by mixing pigment ink (liquid) and the liquid for the recording head, so as to restrain an injection property from getting low caused by cleaning. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid for the recording head is supplied to a face having an injection port of a recording head for injecting the pigment ink containing at least a pigment, and 5.5 mmol or more of carboxylic ion, and the liquid for the recording head contains the buffer agent having a buffering function within a range of 6.0 or more and less than 9.0 of pH. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
