FILE DELIVERY/RECEPTION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file delivery/reception system and method for efficiently delivering a file while suppressing information leakage.

SOLUTION: A client terminal 10a of an approver sets delivery/reception conditions (permissible time zone) to a backup server 20. A client terminal 10b of a deliverer writes a file to be delivered to a delivery folder. When log recording and backup are completed and a current time of day is included in the permission time zone, the client terminal 10b records an approval flag. A server control unit 31 of the file delivery/reception server 30 moves a file recording the approval flag from the delivery folder to a reception folder. A client terminal 10c of an undertaker reads a file from the reception folder.
